Arne Rising Cards by Tannens

This is a supposed improvement on the classic Devano Rising Cards and was first introduced by Arne Barnett from Florida.

The biggest problem I have with the Arne Rising which you can clearly see in the video is that the cards rise way too quickly. With the Devano there appears to be a struggle for the card to rise, and it just looks like to me that it is more magical. Also the Arne uses a sticky surface as opposed to pins which is often trickier to remove the card.

Effect: The mechanism is completely enclosed and the cards may be cut any number of times, the chosen cards are replaced in the deck and they will rise, one at a time, whether the cards are in their card case, in the hand or houlette.
