Crystal Car Buggy by Mak Magic

This is a copy of the Morlas Car released by Selecciones Magicas which itself is basically an unauthorized version version of Dick Koornwinders invention the Koornwinder Kar. It is clear, but the method is the same.

Effect: It is well crafted from solid crystal Lucite and appears free of trickery or gimmicks. Have a spectator select a card. You may use coins, etc. if you like. Shuffle the card into the pack and choose several to lay in a row on the table. Invite the spectator to roll the Crystal Car along the row of cards. Suddenly the car comes to a screeching halt!

Yep it stopped right beside the chosen card.
